Feeling comfortable at work is one of the keys to achieving the highest levels of productivity. Promoting workplace well-being in the company is always a wise investment.


There are many factors that explain the job well-being of an employee in a certain company. The work environment and the relationship with colleagues, salary conditions, organization of tasks, definition of objectives or dealing with superiors are some of them.


When these and other parameters are taken into consideration as a conscious bread maker and following a previously developed program, we can speak of an employee satisfied with their employment situation, a very broad and complex concept but which, ultimately, explains a large part of the success or the failure of any personnel management model.


Betting on organizational well-being and having a specific plan helps to improve variables such as staff retention, job satisfaction or coordination in any work team. It is not surprising that some of the large international corporations have been worrying about this issue for years.
